The usual story tells us that from the age of 6 I was messing around in my mother’s kitchen trying to cook her recipes. Well, my story is totally different since my father is a chef! At the age of 15, being influenced by my fathers work, I was ready to be tested if I am capable of being a chef. With immediate response the next morning, at six o’clock, I was unexpectedly waked up and sent to pick the ingredients that I would like to cook.

Sea of tastes brought back memories from those times. It reminds me that when passion and willingness conquer your soul, the desired outcome will come, one way or another! The effort put by Lagoudakis family is more that great. In this kind of projects, I want to be part of, not just an observer!

We had lunch here one sunny afternoon. The staff is very friendly. The food is good and the atmosphere is priceless…you eat basically on a domein with trees and flowers.
